Remove the frame from your face.

Frame Storage
Always store your frames on a clean, stable, flat surface.
Lenses should always be up, never in contact with a hard surface unless separated by a soft cloth.
Temples may be folded or it is also acceptable to place your frames upside down with the temples open.
Acetate and celluloid frames may warp or break down when exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
Store frames in a cool and dry place.

Cleansing
Mild, fragrance and lotion free dish soap applied to lenses with fingers under warm water. Never use hot water as it can strip or breakdown protective coatings.
Avoid harsh chemicals such as alcohol, solvents or products with acetate. These chemical can also damage lens coatings and frame materials overtime.
Excess water may be carefully shaken off the frames or use compressed air.
Use a microfiber cloth that is excellent for drying lenses streak free as well as removing grease. Microfiber cloths should be washed regularly for maximum function. Do not use clothing, paper towels, tissue or other materials that may scratch the lenses or make streaking/smearing worse.
A polishing cream such as pure fragrance free lanolin oil may be applied sparingly to frames made of acetate, celluloid, horn or wood.
